Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
Comfort Communication Inc. (“TAIYANGTONGXUN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an authorized retailer providing residential and business internet services, mobile phone plans, prepaid recharges, and device sales. All services are subject to availability, carrier network coverage, and approval by the respective provider.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that all personal and account information provided—including name, address, contact number, and carrier account details—is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or service failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. Once payment has been processed, it is final and non-refundable except where non-delivery or activation failure is due to a verified error by Comfort Communication Inc.
For prepaid services such as mobile top-ups, SIM activations, or plan renewals, all transactions are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once processed.
4. Service Activation and Renewal
Activation times vary by carrier. Customers are responsible for following activation instructions, retaining proof of activation, and renewing services before the expiration date. We are not liable for number loss, service interruption, or carrier fees resulting from late renewals or customer inaction.
5. Third-Party Carriers and Partners
Some services are fulfilled through third-party carriers such as Spectrum, Frontier, Optimum, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Each carrier maintains its own terms, billing policies, and performance standards. Customers must review and comply with those policies. Comfort Communication Inc. acts solely as a retailer or sales agent and does not control carrier operations, network availability, or pricing.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
We value your privacy and handle all customer data in accordance with applicable laws. Personal information collected is used for order processing, account management, customer service, billing, and legal compliance. We do not sell or rent customer data to unrelated third parties. Information may be shared with carriers or service partners as required to fulfill your request.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or losses caused by:
Carrier or network outages
Coverage limitations or signal issues
Maintenance or system upgrades
Acts of nature, power outages, or government actions
All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Comfort Communication Inc., its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, inability to use, or performance of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will be posted on our website or displayed in-store. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
